The indefatigable 82 year-old Dr. George Proctor, author
of Flora of the Cayman Islands and
Cayman's "Bat Lady" Lois Blumenthal on the "Roger's Wreck" Trail after spending
the morning in Barkers hiking in the wetlands there! He
is still learning and finding new plants for the Cayman
Islands and hopes to produce a new edition of his book
soon. Cayman Wildlife Connection and the Garden Club of
the Cayman Islands were proud to sponsor this return visit
and hope to see him again next year. |
